马肉肉桂 ，即‌马头岩肉桂 ‌，是武夷岩茶中的一种著名品种。马头岩肉桂的茶叶条索紧结卷曲，色泽乌润，表面有细细的白霜，干茶时散发淡淡的桂皮香和花果香。冲泡后，茶汤色泽橙黄清澈，香气浓郁辛锐，滋味醇厚甘爽，具有明显的“岩韵”‌。

Marou rougui, also known as Matouyan rougui, is a famous variety of Wuyi rock tea. The tea leaves of Marou rougui are tightly curled, dark in color, with a fine white frost on the surface, and emit a faint cinnamon and floral aroma when dry. After brewing, the tea soup is orange-yellow and clear, with a rich and spicy aroma, a mellow and sweet taste, and a distinct "rock charm".
