燕子窠肉桂是武夷岩茶中正岩肉桂的代表性品种,以独特的岩韵、层次丰富的香气和饱满的茶汤著称。茶汤橙黄至橙红透亮,耐泡性强(可达10泡以上)。入口醇厚稠滑,回甘迅速且持久。建议使用矿泉水,100℃沸水快速出汤(3-5秒),前4泡无需延长浸泡时间。初泡微涩后迅速回甘,中段蜜桃香显著,尾水清甜如冰糖。
Yanzike Rougui is a representative variety of Wuyi Rock Tea, known for its unique rock flavor, rich aroma and full tea soup. The tea soup is orange-yellow to orange-red and translucent, and has strong resistance to brewing (up to 10 brews or more). It is mellow and smooth at the entrance, and the sweetness comes back quickly and lasts for a long time. It is recommended to use mineral water, 100℃ boiling water to quickly brew the soup (3-5 seconds), and there is no need to extend the steeping time for the first 4 brews.The first brew is slightly astringent, but it quickly returns to sweetness, the middle part has a significant peach fragrance, and the tail water is as sweet as rock sugar.
