The tea produced here is famous for its rich fragrance and unique charm, and is known as the "perfume in tea".

Appearance&Taste

Xuepian tea refers specifically to Phoenix Dancong tea harvested after the beginning of winter, mainly produced in low-altitude areas below 700 meters in Phoenix Mountain, Chaozhou. This category is made using light fermentation and light roasting technology to form yellow-brown strip-shaped dry tea, which is named because it occasionally contains light yellow old leaves.

The tea leaves of Xuepian Dancong are thick and have yellow-brown old tea stems. They are a bit ugly, but they are extremely fragrant. This fragrance comes from the fragrance of the tea itself, and no essence is added. It is different from scented tea (scented tea made by artificially applying petals of fragrant flowers such as jasmine, rose, and magnolia to tea leaves, which is fragrant but not clear). It also has the domineering nature of rock tea, and has always been known as "drinkable perfume" in the tea industry.

The tea soup has a natural floral fragrance, the soup color is light yellow and clear, the tea soup has a slight astringent feeling when it enters the mouth, less astringent feeling, and a clear throat feeling; the sweetness is fast and strong, refreshing and smooth; the tea soup has a fresh and fragrant smell rushing out of the nose, and there is a feeling of lingering fragrance on the teeth and cheeks, which is meaningful and distant, refreshing and refreshing, and there is a clear cold fragrance left when the cup lid is cold smelled.
