Within 14 Days:
You must return your product within 14 days of the purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.


Exemptions:
Items that are seriously damaged or have leaking inner packaging rendering the product unusable do not need to be returned. Please contact our customer support for assistance.


Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Manufacturer Returns:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns should be sent to our designated return address.


Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items with opened packaging that cannot be resealed in the original condition.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email with proof of photos at info@xunyuntea.com and ship your item to our return address.


Gifts


Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll not need to return it back.


Gift Giver Refunds:
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
